paypal question

i received 60$ because i sold some items to someone..now i found out the paypal account he used to pay it's hacked and the owner reported the transaction to paypal.

i have -30$

i want to ask you..is this going to work : close the paypal account,create another one and use the same cc to verify it?

If your cc is still attached to other paypal account then no you cannot use it to verify others.

Is that correct? Well, I don't use paypal anymore.

When balance is negative, you can not close account.

 

Paypal allows only two accounts per person..You can create another account.Also you can use the same cc to verify u two accounts.but u cant close this account.because balance is neg...

 

Do yourself a favor and just repay the $30 to restore your account balance/account access. Creating another account will just create more trouble for you.
