Is there any way for verified business members to add their terms of service contract into their paypal?

    Thanks

Not that I know. However you can generate Paypal Invoices and send that to your customers. In the invoice, you could add your terms and all that in there.

Yes, as eddy said but sadly, if I'm not wrong invoicing is done only for tangible goods. ( I'd like to hear a confirmation ;))

Well, that is not true. You can invoice for services too. If you use the 'Request for Money' tab, there is two options ; 'Create a Money Request' and 'Create an Invoice', both option allows for goods or services.
