    If someone got the following msg when login. what does it mean.

    Nothing really. They just do random checks to ensure that everyone provided accurate information. You will then need to go to the Resolution Center page and see what documents they require you to submit. Then just submit them and once they verify it, you will have full access to your account again.

    Well as long as you are not doing anything wrong and have been honest all the while, there is really nothing to fear. In fact, it is good that they do such a thing because at least you know that it will weed out those dishonest customers.
