    i would like to buy something through Paypal .. i would like to do it through Credit card .. but i can see there is not my country in the billing information .. does it mean i cannot buy through CC in paypal because my country is not there?:confused: .. If i select any country there , will it work?

    If your country is not in the billing info list, then you would not be able to use it. Selecting other country wouldn't work either.

    Sorry but PayPal doesn't accept your country yet. They probably won't pay any attention to you, but you can always try emailing them and asking if they could consider adding your country to the list.
