Paypal Question

    Ok so if your Paypal (Verified) account is permanently limited,

    You go make a new one, and re-verify it.
    Has anybody been using that newly verified Paypal account, and been fine - as in your account is still fully functional, with no limitations?:)

    You can't verified your paypal account using same bank account or credit card info (If you used it already at other paypal account).

    Any one can be caught .. with Header information + IP address+ host and many more things . SO they will catch you anytime when ever you try to fool them
