Paypal question

    Me and a friend currently created a paypal account when he was at dubai he putted the address of his father and all , if i added my credit card wich is in a country that is not supported by paypal would that do anything bad to the account and how would i get the 4 digit number ?

    it'll give you error when you'll add or if it's added paypal will reject it later. no use of it.

    it´s not correct: you can add every countries cc to every countries paypal but possibly paypal finds it suspect and will limit it.

    no you can't add credit card of those countries in your paypal which aren't from paypal accepted countries list. and if they are added they will cancel that credit card or will limit your account.

    You can´t add the card then. It will be denied from the very beginning so no chance of becoming limited because of this. They will tell to add another cc, that´s it. If a card is added once there is no problem from which country for what country (I use Indian VCCs for EU accounts).
