Paypal Question

    Hi,

    My friends brother just moved 2 months back from India to Canada for higher studies. Now can he register a paypal address on his name and address in Canada and send money via xoom to my friend instead of Western Union ?

    Sure he can if xoom is available in your friend's country. Don't really see a problem with it.

    Yes, he should be able to do it. Western Union's taxes are so high anyway.
