I have this text based RPG site, that people can buy upgrades on to help them kill other players, etc. So this one ass decided he was going to buy $300.00 worth in upgrades using phished paypals. Paypal put a hold on the money, and I banned the guy. My question is, will Paypal keep the money if I tell them something? I doubt they will, but $300 is a lot of money . Thanks
if the money wasn't theirs to spend, then what makes you think you'll still get it? paypal will side with the true owner of that money and you won't see any of it.
Paypal is a reputed company with more than 1 million registered users. They just cant digest away some bucks instead of forwarding them to the person who owns it.....They will surely manage to revert back the funds to the correct account.
No chance for you to get the money I think. I had a issue myself. I lost about 6000$ last year because of PayPal. I sold mobiles on ebay in bulk, 2 users chargedback the PayPal funds and even although I could provide tracking information the reversed the money. It was a bad thing. Just my opinion Hellfire81
k. Didn't think I would see any of it. Now I don't have to waste my time responding to their disputed.
