Hello, I added visa debit card to my us paypal account completed. And I failed in verify by phone, then paypal send me a letter to confirm address. I login to online banking and try to find 4-digit Expanded Number but not found and $1.95 refund to my debit card. So if I get letter, enter code, can I get confirm? because I cant find Expanded Number to active card. Is it possible?
