    I have problems with them all the time and it usually takes over 5 emails to their clueless support to have the issue solved.

    I have heard from some ppl that they deduct money out your account once you reach so much. Is that true?

    Like take money out without saying?

    They did freeze my funds and it was a nightmare to get it back, took over two weeks to get it back.

    I havent heard or seen anything about it but I still dont trust them so I keep a record of everything that happens in my account - in's & outs with totals.

    They're a legal entity, they can't take money for no reason.

    Their support service is terrible, though.
