PayPal Question?

Hello,

does paypal only allows users to transfer their paypal balance just to their credit cards? or is it possible to transfer funds into specific bank account?

It depends on what country you are in. Here are the list of countries where Paypal users can withdraw to a local bank account:

Well I am in Germany now I have a german bank account, but my paypal is based on my home country which only allows transfers to my card, I'll try to transfer money to my german bank account, thanks for the answers

 

That's list country allow to withdraw money and allow to received money to paypal account from other paypal account.

 

As far as I know,You only can use CC to verify ur paypal...For more details,You can open ur account then click "Withdraw" button...

 

It does allow you to transfer funds to your account if it is linked with your account. Although, depending on region you are, there maybe some transaction fees

 

I think you can only do it with CC not debit card
