Paypal question

    Dear people

    I want to ask what will happen if Someone send payment from paypal to an account which has not been registered with paypal.? Will the person be able to own the money after he registers or not ?

    When you send the money to someone who is unregistered, it will show up in your account as Unclaimed and you have every right to cancel the transaction if it is sent by mistake.

    However if it is legitimate, the email account holder would need to register for a paypal account to claim the money, that is assuming that the party is from a paypal supported country which can receive money.

    Yes.

    Lets say someone send you money from his/her paypal account to your email address which has not been registered with paypal. Then you have to sign up at paypal using your that email address and verify your email address through link send by paypal and after that you have to claim that money in your paypal account (after login). Money is yours :)

    If a person has not account in Paypal then transaction will automatically failed.
