[Paypal question] Can I convert premier account to personal account?

    I have a premier account and I want it to convert it to a personal account. Can I do it? If yes, how?

    I've heard that we can do it once. I've never done it earlier.

    Just mail Paypal and they will take care of it. You can do that through the Contact Us when you log in.
