I am not very sure about this as I never used a VCC but I don't think there will be any problem in withdrawing funds if the name of the paypal account, VCC and bank account is same.

I am not 100% sure but I think you yes you can withdraw amounts to your Bank Account once your VCC has been expired.

B'coz your PP account will remain verified after VCC expiration

I suggest get one credit card and use it in paypal. Sooner or Later VCC will create problem.

I have a new business paypal account and I am waiting for credit card. I am not VCC. Well this is personal view. :)

yes surely you can withdraw your money to your SBI account, with the predefined charges set by the paypal authority. If you even dont want to give the specified charge to the paypal authority, u can simply cash ur paypal balance with someone who buy paypal balance from others and in return he will pay you with the current exchange rate of dollar in indian rupee. If u want to sell your paypal balance you can contact me...

Buddy . There is no problem in having VCC attached to your account as it does not limit your account. Four days ago I withdrew around $800 from Paypal to my Axis bank and yesterday I got the amount in my bank account. I am using VCC for my account.
I have withdrawn using Xoom and Paypal both so You can ..

No . Indian Bank account is not needed to verify . They are only needed to withdraw your money from paypal to Your Account
