We often come across something like this :

Hello, i currently have a verified paypal account and i wish to transfer some funds from paypal to moneybookers/E-gold. My paypal account is (non-creditcard funded)
I am hoping someone out there could give me an exchange for it with MB/ EG. If it is an issue with me being a newbie i can send first (if you have a rep).

So what i would like to know is if someone send me a paypal payment which is not funded by credit card by any means... is there still a change for him doing a charge back... can he open a fake dispute (may be after some days) like someone hacked his ac n made a unauthorized payment to me from his ac and get his money back..

In short, is there any way that someone send me a paypal and can not undo it ?

PS : I know the basics - avoid paypal exchanges, only do it with reputed and super trusted members.. but still i would like to know above :D

Actually fund exchanges through paypal is deemed a prohibited activity whether you do them with a trusted or untrusted member. If you do want to proceed, make sure that you do not get found out or else you will end up with serious consequences. Of course if you transfer the funds in paypal, you can always raise a dispute and have the chance of getting your money back since money exchanges are prohibited activities.

Why not just do the right thing and that is to withdraw your paypal funds to your bank account then once you get the money, load it up in your MB or EG account ? That way, you avoid all problems.

you still have to consider the urgency of exchanging the money, It takes a bit of time to transfer the money to your bank account, 3-4 days.

Well if you plan ahead then that should not be a problem. Waiting a little is better than doing something which is prohibited or risky.

Before you plunge into this, make sure you understand the consequences of money exchanges which involved Moneybookers.
