Paypal query

    Hi all :)

    I am about to buy a script [xenforo] from someone & paypal will be used for this.

    -Which type I should chose ? Goods or Service ?
    -If it safe ? If guy scams me then I can claim for refund right ?
    -I read somewhere that if I chose Service, I cannot claim for refund. Is it true ?

    First, you can just request the money by submitting an inquiry, and please provide the details at the description and policy, so when the guy scammed you, you have an authentic proof. I do not guarantee this can be successful 100% but at least it makes you safer.
    A script, i go for goods, not service. cmiiw
