P0902 is appropriate i think Creative work comes under it and article writing is part of it.I say use the best that suites you if they ask for proof then you can always Show some proof but it is not yet certain what kind of proof.

But since the codes have been put up i say PP wants us to make the best judgment not precise judgment

RBI does not allocate any code for content development service.. they say 805 is for news agency services..
