Paypal Proof of addresslimitation

    I have United arab emirates paypal account. I was having two limitations

    1.Credit card ( which i resolved by adding vcc)

    2.Proof Of address or Add a us bank account


    i want to know that i have UAE Paypal Account Can i add virtual Us bank account ?

    because of you are UAE residential so paypal will limited it again.

    No you cannot add virtual US bank account its better to submit any utility bill of yoru country
