Paypal problems with a chargeback - What should i do?

Ok first off let me say i posted an ad on craigslist, as i sold my WOW account for $250. He paid me in paypal, and i emailed him the account info, everything went fine for a few days. He changed teh account so i no longer have access to it.

I bought a couple of things on ebay, paid them, now i have like $2 left in my paypal.

Now, a couple days later, he initiates a chargeback against me. I put my paypal account info saying I lived in india (which i dont, i live in the US), and i used a VCC for it so i could become verified. I do not now, nor have ever had a legit credit card nor bank account linked to it.

He is claiming he never got it, but i know he did. What should i do now? I emailed paypal telling them its a virtual item, and is untraceable. Since i have no money left in my paypal account, and no funding option, will paypal just say screw you heres his $2 and be done with it? Or will paypal try to go after my non existant address in india?

I have another paypal account with my real info that i sometimes use on big purchases, i have my credit card and bank account on it. Will paypal take my money from that account?

Whats going to happen to me?

i would recommend just do not access the other account from that PC..

if u have never used both the accounts from the same PC then there should not be any problem

I dunno why you have mentioned fake info in your account but if it is so then i would suggest you to leave that account and kiss it goodbye for your own safety

Yes I would close the account to. Because it is a virtual item I dot think there will be muh paypal can do either. Close the account and use the account you have with the real info on it.

Well i dont think that you can close the account when there is a case pending, Just lave it like that or access the account from a cyber cafe when u want to use it.

actually my bank account was linked to my real paypal about a year ago, i just remebererd, so that should at least be safe.

I have used both accounts on the same computer, i take it thats not good. Anyways, what if they put 2 and 2 together and know i have two accounts? Ive got this worst case scenario in my head of repo men coming to my house and taking all my stuff...

And i cant close it right now, as i have an open case. I have thought of something, paypal cant directly PROVE that my two accounts are liinked, even though i used them at the same computer, i can just say that my wireless got hazzored lately...

yes if that was done only once then there should be no problem

but if it was regular, that u logged out from one of ur accounts then logged in from the other then they can put 2+2 :)

Call them or in the tracking numbers enter digital items.
