    i have a problem i buy products from website with paypal i need to ship this products to someone else i need to change name +shipping address ,how can i solve with problem ?

    You don't need paypal. You just need to change the address where you buy that item. Paypal just for your record... Different story if there additional fund will require if you sent to different address
