Paypal Problem

    Hey guys i have a paypal problem.

    I'm from Croatia and i c8 a paypal account today but didn't link my CC.

    My q: My friend try to send me on the account but it says i can't recive money.

    Is there anyways to set it up to recive money if my account isn't linked to cc or bank?

    Sorry, it doesnt need to be linked, for no fees it has to be linked and for certain amounts.

    Check the terms & conditions on paypal for your country , if they deny sending personal payments , then you have to ask your friend to send the payment under "Services" or "goods" category.
    Still if you have problems , contact paypal support via twitter @AskPayPal , they resolve issues very quickly , as I had approaced them few times & the issues were resolved within 24 hrs.
