I have linked and confirmed by netsafe CC to paypal all went good but then i tired to purchase a premium account at rapidshare through paypal but rapidshare denied and said unable to process ur request and didn't knew what is the prblm. My CC is yet not expired amount is sufficient to but that account so friends how to resolve this problem.
