Paypal problem.''You have reached a limit on your ability to send money''

    for 2 years i use paypal but today i become a verified user by entering the 4 digit number from credit card statement and 1 hour ago i wanted to buy something but it says You have reached a limit on your ability to send moneyPlease link and confirm a debit or credit card to lift this limit.

    i already confirmed credit card...

    pleae help me to solve this

    Call paypal. Click on 'View Limits' when you log in and see if anything shows.

    You should few day after the system have FULLY verified your CC number..
    And then you will be able to lift the limit

    If this can't be resolve,

    You can resolve the limits by uploading your address proof and credit card proof for their verification

    Hope you can solve it now

    They are asking for the Expanded User Number which will be found in CC Statement, after you enter that your limits will be removed..

    Also verify that you are loging from your computer with your country IP, so no vpn and so on

    Cause I did get it sometimes when using above.

    Sorry to hear that! I have the very same problem, which appear a couple of time. Although I have sufficiency of funds in my credit card and no limitations, i’m not able to send more than 31 (THIRTY ONE) Euros at once! I've notified the PayPal Customer Service about this problem, but they do nothing. They probable think that we are some idiots! In this situation i shall be compelled to close my account. I'm very disappointed.

    i'm a verified user but something strange again

    last night i bought s script which is 80$ but now i cannot reg a domain name.i mean paypal doesn't let me to pay:(
    the same problem occured

    tired of paypal..enough:mad:
