    hello,DP members

"One of my customer sent me money to my paypal account......through his credit card......after that transfer ...i had transfer tht amount to my another Paypal account....& close tht account.....

but after 15 days he opened a dispute of not getting the item...though i had already given him.....but the main point is that....i m recieving emails from paypal regarding the dispute...though i have closed my account....

i m feared bcoz he send me money through CREDIT CARD.......
is ther nething serious about credit cards in PP

so i want to know that..shud i reopen tht account or not.??

will PP also investigate wher the money was sent from the account??

Will my other account also will be investigated??

Will PP contact my bank or will it take legal actions against me?

    i m really scared & feared.....

Even when you close the account paypal keeps the account open for 180 days for a possible refund. Provide paypal the proof that the item has been shipped and the issue will be resolved. In the meantime do not open any new accounts.

Why would you open another account and move the money and close that account? Was what you sold legit?

U will get a charge back even after u close the account!
and the money which u have transferred to another paypal of urs will also be investigated against fraudalent issue .
There wont be a problem if u can give the required information for the dispute.
However i wud say that PAYPAL SUCKS it returns the amnt to the buyers if we cannot give the tracking info ( not all the goods can be given a tracking info :( )

The tracking issue is a totally different problem as you should look into the feedback of who you sell to. Also, why did you transfer the funds and close the account? That is very suspicious in my opinion so no wonder paypal is investigating you as they probably should. Why are you so worried if they will look into the other accounts and take legal action against you as if you aren't at any fault then there should be no problem.

Firs, you can't have two PP accounts.. you can only have one business and one personal account.

When you transferred the money to your other account you other account was active.. so here is the fault #1
Not responding to the PP emails regarding the dispute is fault #2

You really need to be scared and fear full as the buyer will do a chargeback on his CC and will get his money back. Then PP will track the trail of money and every one who will touch that money will get screwed.

Your options are 1) talk to the buyer and resolve the dispute 2) Show PP the shipping details 3) tell PP that you have two accounts, accept the mistake and live peacefully..

This will do the trick in resolving that problem, its Christmas time so you need not worry about things as long as its legitimate. But something is not wrong here because of the immediate closing of the account after the money was received. If you provide a good reason to Paypal why you closed that account that received the money then you will be ok. If the reason you gave is not valid then you might not get your money even you have transferred it already.

what i mean by this is you know what you did the money was not transfered in any legit way or you would not have transfered the money from 1 account to 2nd account & closed the 1st account hope u get the point as suggested by many hackers to do this while dealing with non legit money

i think paypal will hold your money in your new account... dont use paypal... i have better solution where nobody can scam me or dispute or chargeback... i learn it by hard way...
