Hello DP community! Alright so here's the deal,I've been selling e-books back in 2010-2011 and two of my paypal account got limited due to transferring money between each other.(Violation of their terms,it seems) Been using two different paypal accounts with individual debit cards attached to each for two completely different businesses. Now my question is if I am able to transfer money to someone else's Paypal account from my debit card using some site or..I don't know? Thought about using Alertpay to transfer the $$(Payment for a Website I want to acquire from a DP user selling it) P.S: I can't remove any card from any of my old paypal accs until the limitation is solved. Please leave your suggestions/ideas > Greetings.
"This area is designated for discussion of topics related to payment processing (merchant accounts, PayPal, etc.)" I can't process my payment with Paypal so I decided to post here hoping that someone would help me with an advice.
For your issue to be resolved and the account limitation to be lifted you must contact PayPal through phone or their email address and explain yourself. I think that you can still use your debit card even if it is linked to your PayPal account. If the person has a premier or business paypal account then they can be able to accept payments through debit or credit cards to their paypal account. But if they have a personal PayPal account I do not think that will be possible. You will only be able to transfer the money to another paypal account if the money was already in your debit or credit card before your PayPal account was limited. If the money you want to transfer is still in the limited PayPal account then you will have to wait until the limitation is lifted. Hope that helps! Your question was not very clear!
