Paypal problem please help

hi,

I have made a deal with paypal for 2000$ 4 months back

after getting the product, the guy was asking for refund and raised the complaint with paypal.

I won the case in paypal. Later he applied for credit card chargeback.

Now paypal has trasferred the money to his account which made my account in negative balance?

I dont want to refund the money to the buyer since i have sent the product.

paypal has made my account has limited. what will happen next?

please advice me

It is intangible good.

It is not opened but the claim was made by buyer from credit card company..

 

First time I am listening against paypal. Really it would be bad.

 

when u do such big transaction u need to do escrow ( or such services )

hope u withdraw that money already

btw where is the buyer from ? i guess u can file a case in court as he first opened dispute in paypal u have evidence abt the products delivery

the chargeback is not handled by paypal so that paypal noobs still want to take money from u only though u won the dispute first

Yes i have already taken the money. will they take from account because paypal would not have access to indian accounts directly.

 

You should upload all of your documents and can file a case , I thinks now this is the most important work to do.

 

See i have give all the documents and the proof i can to paypal and to the credit card company also.

Since the credit card company will favour the buyer because he will lose the business...

Any how iam gonig to file a case against the guy.. Since the buyer is in usa and paypal stupids dont and wont understand and listen to words of sellers, i want to know how to raise a international complaint against the guy and paypal.

 

i think it may costs u more money to file case as u in india

is your paypal verified by cc or vcc ?

if you verified by cc then may be u need to ask cc company to stop autorize paypal or else they may charge u using cc

 

i have blocked the card. so he will not be able to get it. but i have added my bank account also.
will there be any problem in it?

 

paypal can't take money from your bank as its indian bank

but u can't use that bank account in other pp id becuase u can't remove cc/bank account in limited pp account

 

In my experience chargebacks won by buyers are not typically able to be disputed by a seller where intangible goods are concerned. The credit card company has the final say and you'll pay a PayPal fee to boot.

As noted above, Escrow is the best way to deal with purchases of any size.

 

Contact paypal directly through phone ,its best option instead of asking here contact directly paypal saying my balance is in negative state,so what next ?they will inform you ,if they dont take it serious,then only one way

if you are not verified and if you have not given all the details to paypal like bank account details ,creditcard details ,then delete your account and start a new account,if you are verified and paypal has all your details then fight with them by taking help from RBI (reserve bank of india),goto reserve bank of india site click "contact us" ,write your problem in detail,or contact here nefthelpdeskncc@rbi.org.in.They will take care about this ,if something is wrong they will order paypal to take necessary action or if you are wrong then you might suffer.

but my advice is before performing all these steps directly contact paypal and explain about the problem in detail

 

Thanks Shiv, But I have mailed them several times. For which I willl get only one answer to raise the funds and they will say nothing can be done by them , because it is a chargeback from credit card company..

I will be waiting if paypal is coming back to me then I will raise a case in RBI.. Is there any concept of paypal collection agency in India. Because when I search in Google, I was not able to find out anything...

if the account is in -ve state

 

There Just One best option call paypal and infrom about that and send tracking code, product details and information related that trasaction.

 

If it's intangible then I don't think you can get your money back. PayPal doesn't have a policy that protects sellers that sells intangible goods

 

With all the details what i will be doing?

More over i am in india .there is no phone support here..

So what ever it is i need to mail them. For which i will get some stypid support

 

forget that id and operate with new id with any friends/relatives name ( but withdrawing will be little problem if transactions are more )

or be ready to loose 2K$ for to get the account back
