Ok Guys, My name is Jenny and i am also suffering the same problem, like other Indians. I am having a PayPal Personal account in my hubby's name. On 4th Mar, my account was limited by PayPal asking for more information regarding a single transaction of $10. I provided as much details i could along with my clients chat conversation in e-mail and explaining PayPal, the type of service that i offer. Several hours later on the same day, Stupid PayPal sent me another mail asking for information regarding 6 more transactions. ok fine, but when i login to the PayPal account and visit the RESOLUTION CENTER, i don't find any place to provide information. It displays STATUS as INFORMATION SUBMITTED & ACTION as COMPLETE since the time i submitted the information for the first transaction. So, now where do i enter the information for the 6 new transactions and where do i upload the documents?? Here is the screenshot- I have sent them several e-mails but only same type of replies come from their side but their replies doesn't have an answer to my question. Where do i send more information and upload documents if the RESOLVE BUTTON is not activated ?? Guys, please help me out. I seriously need to get the limit lifted and cash out the money as i am having huge financial problem. Please help me to get a proper solution. Thanks
dont wait for emails call them , and expalin them the matter . fastest way to restore ur acc back . Emails will takes time as they review and all
I kept sending them emails for 2 days and finally they added the upload button in resolution center and my account was restored after providing all docs.
if you are going to contact them, then log into your account and click at the end of the page at the footer .. click contact us and you will choose the category of your problem and fill in form then click send.
