    Hey guys,

one dude charge back my account and now it is being in the limited usage and I need to transfer money to paypal in the US to lift the limited usage case.

Anyone has done such thing before? i.e. send cheque or money order to paypal US?

please note that EFT function is not enabled in my account, so I gotta send real cheque to them.

    Help!
    cheers,

The other thing you could do is to have someone pay you for services or products into your Paypal account and once you get your balance up to zero, your debts would be cleared.

Your balance is in negative. SO, your account access will be limited until you bring the balance back to zero or positive. Also, you wont be allowed to use PayPal anymore as PayPal hates negatives...

Send them check or ask someone to send you money in your PayPal account if you can receive money while your account access is limited.

Just an advice , dont accept payments which are done by "goods" , service , ebay is ok , but if you can send by "goods" method you can charge back or your seller

No, I haven't. Why are you hesitating, though? It isn't like sending a check will be frauded some how. Make it out correctly to paypal and you should be fine.

Never been in your situation but I don't believe that Paypal will claim they never receive payment from you or fraud you for any reasons.

Like I say, the other way would be get someone to pay you so your account will go into a zero balance and you be out of the limited access.

How much money are we talking about here ?

the amount is quite little but i'm afraid i sent to the wrong address. Somehow the bank charge me extra for the little amount i send. So the best way to check if someone has done so, just in case.

better still is to get someone in the US to send check to paypal, it's cheaper too

Why not just get someone to pay you for service in your account then you can avoid the service charges and it sure would be a lot faster to get the issue resolved. All Paypal wants is their money back and it does not matter how you it.

Sell some advertising spots on your directories or something, it may help.

i use Germany Paypal. I think, if you have Credit card, you can pay them with your credit card.

I thought that a limited account is one where you cannot withdrawl or pay anyone but you can receive. I guess yours might be a country-specific limitations.

No. The limitation depends on the status. Like if you do lots of good transactions and get 1 or 2 bad ones. You can accept funds I guess, but otherwise not.

If it isnt there, then still I am saying that there isnt any country apecific limitations.

I had my account access limited but I was able to receive funds. Soon, I was scammed and was done a chargeback for $150, then they limited my account with option that I cannot receive funds, "They said it was in my benefit"

    blah blah...

Why not add a credit or debit card and fill your account.
