I am selling intangiblie items and one customer opened me 3 disputes ''Item Not Received'' But I won all 3 disputes as they were intangibile items. 5 minutes later he again opened 3 disputes ''unauthorised transaction'' for same purchases. I called paypal and they told me that they cant help me as he put his bank in the game and paypal sent me this e-mail; Hello seorankortak, Your buyer asked his or her bank to reverse the payment for the followingtransaction: Transaction details... You said you already won all three disputes.He opened them again? as far as i know,he can not open them again if you win
I called them and they told me that everyone has right to open dispute for unauthorised transactions. And at this point they cant do any action. They said it is all about the bank of buyer and seller. It means they dont help or take any action. It is really unknown.
Give all info to paypal, say that items were intangible and transferred, Give them their Email Id, Address, phone number or anything you have. You'll win.
Exactly... It appears your buyer first initiated chargeback through Paypal and then on losing it, went to his CC company/bank and opened a dispute there. I do not think it would be easy for you to win this time.... as CC company would obviously look to take side with their client! Regards, RightMan
