    I've done it in the past and it's worked. However, it doesn't verify your account, it just allows you to send money and I believe there is a limit on how much you can send and withdraw.

    Yes you deffiniatly can use a prepaid Visa Card that is what I use on my paypal account my account is verified and all I have Pre-Paid Visa card and my bank account linked to my paypal account for about 2 months now and my account has not been limited yet.

    Is that right genius? They froze my account I had been using for 3 years after I called and told them that i needed to withdraw $6100 to my bank account for living expenses, because my girlfriend had open heart surgery and could not work. I also told them on the phone that my girlfriend was going to pay her hospital bills using my PayPal Master Card. they said no problem John, you are a fabulous customer of ours. 10 minutes after I mad the transaction, they froze my account with 15k in it. Do you work for PayPal? You seem like such an advocate for a company that routinely steals peoples money.

    You know what reason they gave..."Suspicious with drawls on 8/18/11.

    Put that in your pipe and smoke it!
