Paypal Premier Limited

    Ouch
    i got a verified premier account in paypal
    and i received 30$ a while ago for a service
    then after 10 minutes, they limited my account!
    OMG!

    can someone help me?
    i dont know how can i get my credit card statement since im just using an EON Debit card from union bank

    but union bank has an online mini statement where i can review my transactions....could it be possible if i get a screenshot of it?
    then send it to them?

    I had almost the same problem a month back. Though I didn't do anything with it, the account became okay in 48 hours. What I have to tell you is wait for a while.

    You can give the mini statement if it shows the paypal transcation

    Make a screenshot of the transactions with paypal and tell them you have an online a/c with the bank and thus it does not come with the monthly paper statements. Also paperless statements saves trees and contributes to the environment and tell them you can provide other proofs if they require?? In the end, if the a/c is legitimate, then they can do nothing in the end. Best of Luck!!

    if you are a legal user of paypal then you can submit all the information, if this is your real credit card or account then you can give the docs to them and as soon you have them, you will be able to get back the account via calling them

    It is much better to call paypal in skype.. I didnt encounter such problem even though I am using EON as well , by the way is your credit card newly place in paypal account or have you place some balance in your Unionbank EON card before using it in paypal? Some get that problem when step by step placement of EON in paypal isnt done accurately.

    Paypal is tricky.. I've seen things like this from them before. Never knew they do support via skipe though? Have they been doing this long?

    I have had this happen to me as well. It was resolved relatively easy by calling PayPal and verifying a credit card (with AVS) and confirming my bank account. Took a few days and all was well.
