    Hello Friends,
What is the difference between these premier and business accounts?
Can I use my PayPal premier account to accept sales and donations from my web site?
    Thank you!

Ofcourse you can. But, with business account you will not get any sales limit compare to premier where the risk for your account to freeze is high.
So, if you think that you have made a good amount money in your paypal, just convert to business acc then.

But business acc got extra charge when transfer money. I think so

I think you're confusing with Premiere account with Personal account here. Both Premiere and Business account have fees for every transaction you made.

To OP, this is a good read for different between Paypal Premiere and Business account : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=259628

And yes, you can use PayPal Premier account to accept sales and donations from your site.

A business account is better in my opinion because it offers a lot more features. There's no harm in upgrading your account.

Basically they are the same. If you are a private individual who wants to sell through Paypal then you sign up for a Premier account and if you are a registered business or an incorporated company then you sign up as a business account. It basically reflects the ownership of the account. As you know, a business is normally operated by more than 1 person and thus the business account recognizes that and allow multiple account access.

If you plan to use a business account, make sure you have all the incorporation documents ready when needed and also a bank account in the name of your business since the company is the legal operator of the account and not you.

No real difference in my opinion. Go on their website I believe they show a feature comparison.
