i have heard like, those who send money via paypal are given more preference...that is,when there is a dispute, money is always returned back to the sender..is it right?,even though the justice is with the other one?wht should the other do if such case happened?
Paypal is good for online money transaction. But if there is dispute and you have transferred money to sender.... then you have to cancel transaction within period of time.
The thing is that the payer would have paid the seller money first and thus it is the seller's onus to proof that the product is shipped and delivered to the payer. As long as you got all the necessary paperwork like invoices, shipping documents and all that, you should be fine.
i asked the same...if the service was fully done by the seller, but the buyer again comes with a fake dispute to paypal, then the seller will lose the money ...right???
Remember that paypal is not physically there to see you do your work or deliver anything to your customer so they need to rely on your paperwork. It would help if you have invoices, receipts and all the paperwork especially with proof of delivery and signed for by your customers then your customer has no case. Virtual products are not protected as there is no way to verify that you actually deliver anything.
I AGREE TO IT..BUT,IN DP LIKE FORUMS,WHEN WE WORK,WE DONT USUALLY GET ANY RECEIPTS LIKE THINGS..RIGHT?
That is why a lot of people here don't really follow procedures laid forth by Paypal. When you use Paypal for business, never never ever have them send you the money using the Send Money option, you should rather get their email address and take a few minutes to generate a Request Money order or an Email Invoice through Paypal. That way, you satisfy a level of documentations as you can clearly state all that you need to state. The Send Money option which many people used here would sooner or later get you into trouble because it does not satisfy the documentations required unless you issue your own invoices.
