    did anybody receive paypal points?what is the use of it?:confused: you can find paypal points beside your membership type like this Ex:- Non-U.S. Verified Premier Member (17)

    I believe those are the number of verified people who have paid you, not points.

    If the buyer has a Reputation of (17).This means that (17) Verified PayPal members have paid this merchant.

    This is called paypal reputation point which added up after 90 day of transaction.
    But now the feature is abolish.

    They got rid of it because people would just have transactions with 150 people just to get reputation then start scamming people. Just like everything else reputation based systems are prone to abuse.

    Like some Chinese sellers on eBay, but maybe would be more smarter have that system improved, not disabled.

    Yeah and that is why paypal has stopped this point (reputation) system. May be they will launch something new very soon
