    i am a non us resident , i gt a payoneer card from plimus , i tried to verify my paypal acc but when i added it , it says enter bank account, what should i do?

    I think that verification process depends on country to country. For your country a bank account might be compulsory.

    Payoneer is going to launch US virtual Bank Account, which now in beta test status. You can try it asking . There is an fee of $99 per year for this service. I have requested them to waive the fee. You also should request them to waive the fee. Alternately, you can open a real US bank acoount with free International Visa Debit Card. If needed PM me.

    The CVV2 is the last 3 digits at the back of the credit card usually on the part which you sign your signature.
