Paypal personal and premier accounts

Recently I have changed my account from personal to premier in paypal .
Then for every received payment even from paypal , some amount charged .
For example ,
They took 1$ for 18$.
I want to get back my account to personal account. When i asked for help from paypal , i found a result that an account can hold one personal and one premier account .

now i am in premier account.How can i have the personal account ?
Anyone experienced with this problem ?

i am a personal, but i have some limit for receiving money, 5 transactions per year, but they say when receiving money via skype i can receive unlimited???
Someone have more info?

 

FYI,
each persona can have 2 paypal account
1 for business purposes
1 for personal use
So all you need to do is recreate a new paypal account

 

Yes. You can have 1 personal account and 1 premier/business account.

 

You can create a new one or pay paypal... one of my old friends mailed them and they changed it for him

No need to downgrade to personal account. Just open new paypal personal account because paypal allows:
one personal + one premier / Business account.

NOTE:
You need separate bank account and credit card for separate accounts.

Also, you can revert back from premier to personal account, this can be done through a support request.

Once you've switched from premier to personal, you can't switch back.

 

As the posters above said, you can't switch back. What you can do is make another account, a personal one, because it is allowed to have 1 personal and 1 premier account per person.
