PayPal Personal Account

    Hello
I'm not sure, so I need your opinion.
For amateur sellers, I see PayPal Personal Account is the best choice, in my experience, having Premier or Business account is more risky to get limited due to credit report, high risk behavior of business as PayPal says, didn't like seller's website, ... etc
I'm using PayPal Personal Account, and I accept payments like Premier, of course despite some features for sellers' websites and can accept credit cards with no PayPal account required.

    What do you say?
What's the best account for amateur sellers or who is often using his/her account to buy instead of sell?
Will PayPal force a user to upgrade his/her account at any time?

    Thanks

There is no high risk for upgrading your personal PayPal account to Business account :) Unless you don't try scamming people!

No, personal account can receive payments, I can receive payments and my account is personal

Scamming? I don't know how to scam at all ;)
But I heard from some guys, that their accounts got limited permanently because they sold few items can't be sold or their website violates PayPal's agreement, or something like that.

Looks to me like you answered you own question of why their accounts got limited or suspended. It had nothing to do with the account type but the fact they violated PayPal's TOS.

Don't want to have problems with your account, don't violate the rules....a pretty simple concept.

I see that, what if his credit score is fresh and low, will they limit his account?
Because my credit report is fresh and new, so the score can be weak.
