    Hello,

I need to receive 450$ from a friend to my paypal account, now i have a premier account but read in the internet if you have a personal account, you don`t need to pay fees (5 transaction a year - limit 500$ per transaction ?).
My question is if i live in the US and he lives in EUROPE can he transfer me the money without fees? his account is premier, without bank account, only Credit Card.

    Thank you,
    Mike.

he can send as gift to you and you will get full money :) but paypal can still issue fee if they feel the transaction is incorrect :D
tell him to send you as gift and he can see the money, fee while sending so he/you can decide

You can also use it in Premier A/c. Make that transaction as gift and as personal payment. But sometimes paypal investigate it. Also make sure both a/c are verified and with correct details. Attach note on the transaction that its for personal use. Hope that helps!!

well you can ask him to send the money as gift , you will be charged between 0-1% for recieving the money even on a premium account i guess.
