    Of course..paypal allows 2 accounts (premier + personal) per person

    Yes you can sign up for a paypal premier account and personal account at the same time. I am using both personal and premier account and it has no problem with it

    yes u can actually have 2 different account both personal and premier with the same e mail address.r
