i have a paypal payment that i got from selling something at ebay to someone from the US im in europe. i just accepted the payment and it says status: completed

how long will it usually take for the money to get into my account? ive checked my online bank and i cant see any money that has come into the account. do i have to sent it from my paypal account to my visa account or will paypal automaticly do this?

if someone on ebay never recieves my item and declines insured postage as an optional thing. will it be possible for that person to file a fraud report against me?

No matter what, they can file a report. It may not be valid, but they can file it. They may have even received your item and been happy with it, but they could still file a report. Your best bet is to somehow prove that the item was mailed. If your post office can provide you with a reciept when you send the package, that would probably be sufficient to prove you held up your end of the bargain.

    Some more answers:

    3 to 5 working days.

You will need to provide the consignment or shipping number from the company you shipped the goods by. That will be proof enough for PayPal. If you don't have a consignment note, for instance, you just wrapped the goods and sent them via normal (not registered) post, and you have no receipt or proof that you have even shipped the goods, then PayPal will refund the payment back to the payer.

thanks for the answers.. one more thing. ive looked into paypal sending to my bank account i added a non-giro account and entered my 10 digit account number, im confused whats the diffrence between non-giro and giro? either way my account also has a 4 digit reg number i chose not to use it tho. ive sent the payment to my account, but it said that if you type wrong type of info, paypal will charge you 6-7 dollars??

also if i ship this package i need to get a tracking number etc. for the package? the guy wont pay for that.. and how can paypal prove that the seller didnt just pack a rock insted of a console or computer and sents it off with a number?, i mean the reciever can make up anything. if i sent via normal and keep the reciept will i be able to prove that ive definatly sent the item? coz i dont wanna end up losing hundreds of dollars.

ohh and how do i EDIT a bank account info i typed wrong! *cry* i type wrong and pending without reg number how can i cancel a pending payment ?

PayPal has it's own insurance program for tangable items I do believe. He may have declined your offer to insure the item because he purchased it via paypal.
Honestly, I don't think there is anything to prevent someone from mailing a rock as you used in an example, unless of course they did it enough times that PayPal catches on and notifies the authorities. Then the next rock you send out gets picked up by them and game over..

In your account button there is a way to add bank accounts. Pay pal will not just refund any money to anybody its loads of writing back and forward before they be happy. But ebooks and shit you can actully send them what ever beucase as long as SOMETHING has been delivered paypal do not care What is in the ebook. I order ebay secrets and got Harry Potter magic tricks :(
