I make payments all the time with Paypal - no charge Sending money I haven't done but that I remember there is no charge Selling costs you a %
i think with my account (buisness) i get charged 2.5% for any money being put into my account (from other sources, i.e. a buy it now link or subsciprtion, however it does not charge you for buying things online via paypal
Sending money by Paypal is free for you, but they will charge the receiver about a 4%, depenfing on his/her account type. Withdrawal fees are 11 dollars if you ask for a cheque to be sent to a different country - I mean, different from the USA -, it is free if you ask for a wire transfer to your bank account in the USA, and they charge 5 dollars if you use a debir card and want to fund it by using Paypal.
