some one instead of sending me money sent $$ to a wrong adress which is a typo of my email address & that person has the email at gmail but has not registered at paypal(does not have paypal).

Can anything be done to bring money back to my paypal.

I think you can still file a dispute?
If not try an un-authorized access claim.

Ask the sender to send a mail to paypal.

Before you do anything, check the header of the email because I actually got several such emails and they all are phishing emails. Move your mouse over the link in the email and see if it looks like a real Paypal link.

If you did not register that email as your email then it is not one which you can use with paypal. Basically even if it is real and the person dispute, it is not going to make a different to you, technically it is not an email address associated with paypal.

Right! Sender should have the button to cancel the payment if the paypal email isn't registered yet!
