I have a PayPal Premier account that allows me to receive payments. Now, if a setup a button that automatically charges someone a certain amount every month for a year, can that person cancel this at any time easily by themselves or not? I see that they also charge $0.30 for something, what is that for? They also charge for conversion of currency 2.9% + $0.30 which means 50% of my received payment will go to PayPal because I plan to charge people a very small amount - only a few dollars. How do you charge people small amounts without having to pay a lot to PayPal?
