Just be patient and wait for their response...You may want to contact the seller as well.

The reversal could be due to a stolen account or credit card or a chargeback.

99.9% you were paid from stolen PayPal account, and now you can do nothing about that.

this is the answer from paypal . nothing much I can do ..:( .

Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your concerns. I am
    happy to assist you further.
I do apologize for any frustration that you have experienced.
When we received notification that the transaction sent to you was
funded by a potentially fraudulent source. This means the funds may have
originated from a bank account, credit card, PayPal account, or another
    source reporting unauthorized activity.
In the event we receive notification that a transaction is fraudulent,
we are obligated to place a temporary hold on all involved funds until
the validity of the transaction can be verified. If the funds are found
to be fraudulent, we are required to return the funds to the legitimate
    owner.

We realize that there are legitimate reasons why some people may not
have a confirmed address or simply prefer to have merchandise delivered
elsewhere. However, these transactions carry a slightly higher risk of
    fraudulent activity.
Some of the ways to accomplish this is:

    1. Review the buyer's eBay feedback or reputation.
    2. Does the buyer want express shipment with no regards to cost?
    3. Does the buyer's PayPal email address match the address of the
    buyer's external communications to you?
    4. Ask the buyer for a phone number to contact him at. Check with the
phone company to see if the phone number matches the name and call the
buyer back to verify that he placed the order
    5. Does the buyer want you ship to a country that is not approved by
PayPal? Such transactions should generally be avoided as the risk of
    problems is high.
