Hi, I made a withdrawal to my bank in India, but in Paypal after six days it shows as reversed. What could be the reason and what should I do? Should I try to draw again?
Call paypal as soon as possible. You should also contact with your bank's foreign exchange department to find out that had they received any kind of query from paypal so that your paypal money could be deposited. I have another question to you that have you previously transferred your paypal money to your Indian bank account or this is the first time.
Hi CineTube, Thanks for the reply. I have drawn money many times before and did not have any problems. I think maybe there is some issue because we had holidays here. Plus it does not show anything in past transactions.
I don't think that holiday can be the problem. Call paypal first and is there any dispute going on regarding any transaction in your paypal account? You might not be able to withdraw your money to your paypal account unless the dispute finishes.
Thanks again. Where can I contact them? Can you please guide me? lus they never notified me by e-mail that its reversed. Its only when I checked my account that I saw status as reversed. What could be the possible issues? Really worried here.
creative_007, Last time I contacted with paypal through their contact form I was given a reference number and phone number and asked to call to paypal customer in their regular business hours (India: 8:00PM to 7:00AM). Why you will notify the reference number it will be easy for the paypal customer care executive to deal with your problem soon. I would suggest that you make a withdrawal request again. Let's see what paypal does now.
CineTube: Thanks. My bank says they never received a query for funds deposit at all. So should I initiate this again or do I contact PayPal?
I M Having The Same Issue 3rd time. However I Have mailed Paypal about this issue. Waiting For Their Response.
Hello, Was the payment reversed after showing PENDING status for the long time? or it was previously changed to COMPLETED status?
