Paypal payment question

I have quite some amount in my paypal but do not have a credit card. If i verify my mobile and pan can I use my paypal balance and purchase anything online?

 

Well, in few sites you need a valid cc while in others you can buy without verifying your account.

Go get yourself one of those prepaid walmart debit cards or another type of prepaid debit card (where you can put money on it when you need it) and verify your paypal card like that (It's what I did.)

 

You mobile or your PAN number will not in anyway help you in verifying your paypal account.... but a credit card or bank account surely will help in this regard.
As for buying things online, you can always do so even with an unverified account, except for few sites which have subscription model, requiring you to attach a credit card with your paypal account.

It depends on the site from where you are purchasing from, but you can definitely purchase online why dont you verify it using your bank account?

You can always go and purchase , have a try , as some sites accept direct paypal money , some don't
Example Godaddy and rapishare does accepts it , just an example

So it depends but don't stop yourself , once you try you can get to know

There is no need to have a CC...One Bank account is enough....

Is it possible to buy stuff at godaddy.com with an unverified paypal account?

 

They dont verify your phone i guess ... they just ask it and dont check if the details are correct or not

 

Hi, if you have a paypal balance of say $50, you can buy anything online with those $50. If it isn't linked to a cc, it doesn't matter as long as your balance is in positive numbers
