Paypal Payment Problem

    I keep getting the following error when I am trying to pay via flippa to a seller:

    You will have to come back and confirm your bank in order to use it to make payments. In the mean time, please enter a credit card to continue.

    Any ideas guys what could be the exact problem?

    I would just call them and ask them. It's really hard to say but it sounds a little unusual.

    It seems that your bank account isn't verified. Just verify your bank account and it must fix the problem.

    Finally... The guy was pretending to be from US but had Indian Paypal, hence the problem.
