Paypal Payment hold for a website listing

Heads up to all, I just received a hold in Paypal for ownerdirect (dot) com.

Anyone else getting this hold?

The paypal email address domain is also ownerdirect ..... so hopefully this is Paypal just being a pain.

too bad. We always lose in this kind of dispute.
Fortunately, I didn't get this link in my network.

 

I wish I knew. Paypal just flagged it, put the money on hold and said tell us what this transaction is.

 

don't jump to conclusions and damage the reputation of an innocent guy. It has happened to me several times and the payment came through after a few days. Not sure wat PP is up to, but sometimes they like to investigate (or i hope) into some suspicious activity even though it is legit....

 

Thanks for your comment. I personally have not dealt with such an issue, but I would keep this in mind.

 

I did not mean for it to come off this way. I agree, that jumping to conclusions can cause undo harm to someone's reputation. And I didn't think that my post was accusing this company of ripping me off.

I am simply posting to see if anyone else has gotten the same hold.
Sometimes it is nothing, and sometimes it is more. It helps to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

I also face the same issue.

 

I got the same "investigation by PayPal" from this person. We'll see what happens...

 

Fortunately/unfortunately I have not had this site yet in any of my site. If it comes --I'll take time to approve.
