Paypal Paying and Value Added Tax/Tax

    I will be purchasing a service from a web coder from the UK, Im from the UK too, throught PayPal, do we or one of us have to pay Tax other then the charge paypal charges for sending money through their system?

    Paypal will not require you to pay any tax for this transfer.

    Paypal does not collect taxes but the vendors are technically responsible for collecting VAT.
