Paypal or wire transfer or western union

western union is the safiest of them all.. i suggest you use them

 

if you ask me, I say, ICICI. I usually get money from a near by branch in Birmingham. fast and good exchange. just got alert on my mobile, simple to draw from local ATM. I just need not to go any agent location, not visit the bank.

If you and your receiver are avail of the ICICI, then surely prefer. NO WU. NO MG, no wire....

if small amount then paypal for a bit large amoutn but less than $2000 / 2500(confirm from western union ) by western union, for more bank transfer

 

I would say paypal would actually be the safest, since the other person needs to be verified. Its funny how many people say wire transfers are safer. Don't you know thats what the 419 scammers use?

 

you can't trust paypal to not f this up, wire transfer for you
